Shasta Global Foundation is committed to Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) through our Aarambh program. We focus on the holistic development of young children, ensuring they build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Our activities enhance cognitive, social, and emotional skills through play-based learning. We create nurturing environments where children can explore, experiment, and express themselves. Aarambh provides structured learning, introducing basic numeracy and literacy in a fun way. Our trained educators ensure that every child receives personalized attention. We work closely with parents to create awareness about early childhood development. Through Aarambh, we ensure that young minds are school-ready and confident learners. We focus on making digital learning accessible to students from all backgrounds. Through hands-on training, we empower youth to explore career opportunities in the digital world. Read to Lead
Because the best leaders were once just curious readers. We spread stories, spark imaginations, and fuel futures—one book at a time.
At Shasta Global Foundation, we believe that reading is the foundation of leadership. Our Read to Lead program encourages students to develop strong literacy skills. We set up reading corners, libraries, and book donation drives to promote a culture of reading. Our initiative provides access to books that inspire curiosity and imagination. We conduct storytelling sessions, book discussions, and creative writing workshops. Our volunteers mentor students, helping them build comprehension and communication skills. We especially focus on students from underserved communities, ensuring they get access to books. Through this program, we help students develop confidence and leadership qualities.
