Project Million Trees

No metaphors. No greenwashing. We literally plant trees. A lot of them. Oxygen grows here.

At Shasta Global Foundation, we are committed to environmental conservation through Project Million Trees, a large-scale tree plantation initiative aimed at restoring green cover and combating climate change. This project encourages schools, colleges, communities, and businesses to actively participate in tree planting drives. We focus on planting native and climate-resilient trees in urban and rural areas to improve biodiversity and ecological balance. Through partnerships with environmental organizations, local governments, and volunteers, we ensure that planted trees receive proper care for long-term survival. Our initiative also integrates awareness campaigns, workshops, and sustainability education to promote responsible environmental practices. Participants learn about the importance of afforestation, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable living. By engaging youth, students, and communities, Project Million Trees fosters a culture of environmental responsibility. At Shasta, we believe that every tree planted is a step towards a greener and healthier planet.
